"Leveling the playing field for all women."

Junior and senior women are matched with three women who work in the sports industry. Through monthly large group sessions and one-on-one sessions, students establish connections in the sports industry and learn about careers in the sports industry.

Students gain hands-on experience in the sports industry through job shadowing opportunities with their mentors. 

Every woman should be able to pursue a career in the sports industry. WISHING provides scholarships for women who are moving onto post secondary education.
